Sometimes you have plenty of time to work out, and sometimes your calendar is packed. Some days you have energy to work out in the evenings, other days its a struggle to get to the gym. I've been there, too! Each month, we'll work together to fit work outs into your schedule to accomplish your goals.
With a background that includes dancing, agility training, bikini bodybuilding, tumbling, gymnastics, skiing, and hiking, I've learned that you train differently to reach different goals. I've worked with clients who have broad goals and are starting at zero and clients who need help getting back in-gear. If you have a goal, specific or broad, I can help you create a plan to get there.
If you're anything like me, you're always looking for interesting and engaging ways to stay healthy and well. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, including a support system that's available when you need it to keep you on track and moving. I also believe that workouts should be engaging and fun, not the same thing every week. That's why I create programs with variety and flexibility, so you can have fun while you train!
